By accessing or using Omaha Auto Valet Concierge LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Omaha Auto Valet provides a platform connecting vehicle owners with professional drivers for vehicle transport, pickup, delivery, and auto shop drop-off services in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to driver availability
Prices are displayed before booking confirmation
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Cancellation fees may apply as per our cancellation policy

6. Vehicle Requirements

Vehicles must be:

Legally registered and insured
In safe, drivable condition
Free of illegal substances or materials

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe handling of your vehicle:

Drivers are insured for liability during transport
Pre and post-trip inspections document vehicle condition
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of trip completion

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Transport illegal goods or conduct illegal activities
Harass, threaten, or harm drivers or staff
Misrepresent vehicle condition or information
Attempt to circumvent platform fees

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
