Getting Started
How do I book a vehicle transport?
Download the Omaha Auto Valet app, create an account, and tap "Book Now." Enter your pickup and
dropoff locations, select the service type, choose a time, and confirm your booking. A driver will
be matched and you'll receive updates every step of the way.
What services do you offer?
We offer vehicle pickup and delivery, auto shop drop-offs, parking assistance, and general vehicle
transport within the Omaha metro area. Whether you need your car taken to the mechanic while you're
at work or picked up from the airport, we've got you covered.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve the greater Omaha, Nebraska area, including Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion,
La Vista, and surrounding communities.
Payments & Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on distance, service type, and demand. You'll always see the exact price before
confirming your booking — no surprises. Tips for drivers are optional but appreciated.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. Payment is
charged when you confirm your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free before a driver is assigned. Once a driver accepts your trip, cancellations within 5
minutes are free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver for their
time.
Safety & Trust
Are your drivers background-checked?
Yes! All drivers undergo comprehensive background checks and must have valid driver's licenses and
clean driving records. We only work with trusted, professional drivers.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes, all trips are covered by liability insurance. Additionally, drivers document your vehicle's
condition with photos and video at pickup and delivery, so there's a clear record of your car's
state throughout the process.
How can I track my vehicle?
Once a driver picks up your vehicle, you can track their location in real-time through the app.
You'll see their progress on a map with live updates and estimated arrival time.
For Drivers
How do I become a driver?
Download the app and sign up as a driver. You'll need to provide a valid driver's license, proof of
insurance, and consent to a background check. Once approved, you can start accepting jobs
immediately.
How do drivers get paid?
Drivers earn money for each completed trip plus 100% of tips. Payouts are processed weekly via your
preferred payment method.
